Only worked once during setup. Then, Keys (pin/card/fingerprint) became empty with nothing. Record showed nothing. Wifi connection has no problem. Basically, the App isn't working at all. Very disappointed. Regret buying this Brand.

App and lock worked great for about 2 days. Now the app won't display any relevant info, pin codes cannot be added, and every process seems to fail. Works as a standard deadbolt though. Seems this needs a little bit of work.

The old app worked well. After latest update, I can't see access the "Keys" function. Pls revert to the older app. Edit: I managed to retrieve my ability to manage my keys after deleting & re-registering the door lock again (but process of registering a lock seems to be different from the guide). How will people know to do that? What did the latest update 'fix' or add anyway? There isn't even any developer notes about the latest update. Why 'fix' what ain't broken?

Super lousy apps. Not functioning at all. Keep running but nothing comes out. I would never reply on the apps. Remove and reinstall also the same. The technical given instructions we followed also not working.

Unable to log in even though entered correct password and ID. Please release a new update to fix this. Otherwise unable to use smart features. Bought solity lock recently but smart features not accessible. Really disappointed. No reply from support team as well. Please fix this ASAP.

Everything is working fine, very convenient and most importantly on english which is also good coz manual written only in Korean( Two questions though: 1) Can you make phone number for invitation optional? 2) Possibility to change language of voice guide?

Cannot able to login even after successful registration. Even after communicating to issue via the devloper mail, they doesn't reply. Really disappointed in after sales service.

Lost WiFi connectivity between door and WiFi bridge after latest update. Now the app can't even connect to the WiFi bridge.
