1. Terrible latency. Everything loads very slow. 2. After using it for a while, Downloading the pictures will crash the app. At first, I used "share" as a workaround to send them to my photo app. But now the share button is not working, nothing happens after clicking it. 3. Clicking links in messages won't open them. And it won't let you select and copy the link text to paste it in the browser. 4. The pictures are compressed to the extremity. Everything is blurry.

So far, I am able to open the app with no problem, I can see everything the teachers share with me, BUT in my child's profile, I can't write anything at all, for example the area for Outlook information allergies, wich is important. Restricted pick-up is also important. Also, I can't edit the wrong information that has been added without my consent. I yet have not been able to chat with teachers through the Message icon, it is all just plain white.

Somekinda Meat

I work in childcare and we recently adopted LineLeader. I understand that work is continuing on the app, but as-is, it's missing some important functions. I may come back and revise this review as functions are improved and added. As is, this is a functional app for its purpose, and does an adequate job. It is slow at times and a bit hard to figure out, but not to the point of being unusable. If you are not tech-savvy, though, I would rate this a 1 or 2 for its opacity.

All the text is white with a white background so you can't read it in the billing section which is extremely shady since all the fees are mentioned there. You have to highlight it to read it. Also the drop down boxes so this so you can't actually see what you are clicking till you select it.

Biggest complaint- too much time is spent waiting on the app! It doesn't handle multiple picture uploads very well and doesn't do video. It would be super nice if you could enter data as a whole, and then it could categorize it appropriately for you, example diapering and meals.

I've had to Uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times. It opens to a blank screen. Logging in and out is useless. Cannot use it in the facility to log the child in/out because nothing loads. It's to the point that daycare staff just give us a sorry look and sign the child in for the parents. Frustrating. So unhappy that our facility changed to this app. The old app wasn't perfect, but was less faulty than this.

When your phone's weekly device care sends you a message saying, "Lineleader is crashing frequently. Put it in deep sleep to keep your phone running smoothly." You know there's a problem somewhere. Sadly, I can't just delete the app. I use it for work.
