Food took 1hr and 20 minutes to arrive despite the app telling me it would be ready within 30minutes. The dishes were freezing cold and had to be microwaved and the fries were unedible. Called the restaurant to give feedback and was told that this was normal practice on the weekends and the food takes longer to arrive - no apology. I also think that changing almost $10 on to the food for 'fees and taxes' is ridiculous. Extremely disappointing service.

App is great and works for pick up, but crashes and won't work for delivery option.

Worked great untill I tried to enter my credit card details. Said my expiry date was not valid. Tried and happens with two cards

Worked great until entering address. No error messages, just wouldn't proceed beyond address without any clue as to why. Once I called they had no idea either. Doubt I'll bother to try again as wasting time with these types of apps is kinda the antithesis of their existence. And now I've wasted time on this review dammit!

What a grand idea. Super easy to use, clear and the pics of actual dishes are brilliant for clarity. So good when your favourite Thai place makes ordering easy too.
