I used the free plan for years, content with basic features for my 10 monthly appointments. Gradually, features were removed until I had to switch to a paid plan at $9.90/month. The issue? You can't revert to the free plan without creating a new account. To keep your data, you must pay $65 for "copy system to new system." This isn't clearly stated anywhere. Such hidden practices are deceptive and manipulative. I won't use their service again.

Submitted multiple but findings but looks like there isn't anyone currently working on improving their software. One of the biggest issues we encountered was that a status change on an appointment does not trigger zapier, we need to update the appointment and save which then sends a appointment change email to the client. Software support is not good. Its a bumper because so many capabilities of this app.

My girlfriend and I started our own dance studio and looked through countless of booking systems. Simplybook was perfect for us!! Incredible customer service and the features are absolutely amazing. This booking system even gives you your own customizable application!! However, it does take a few days to understand how to use it, but if you ever need help there is always a live agent who is incredibly helpful. Currently, we had around 500 clients use our booking system with no issues.

Simply Thief !!! You sign up for freemium option.. which allow you (on paper) to get the app for 0€/month. and suddenly they block you asking you to pay to extend the free service subscription ! And of course, they do it straight after a client booked an appointment with no other way than paying to get the contact of your client ! Purely thief ! And you can't even contact the support without paying !

So far, good. I use this app for our medical practice and I've found it easier to onboard my clinic personnel. The one challenge I have is booking a dependent minor using the parent's profile. It's a bit tricky. In the whole though, I'm happy to use the app. I believe there's room for improvement.

I started a business and did not thrive financially as I had hoped. I could no longer afford $30 a month, which is the cost I paid for the options I needed. I changed my website to CARRD for only $20 A YEAR! My url ending in simplybook.me now shows a nasty image & states that I have been blocked. This is not true! I cancelled due to financial issues, but they make it look like I did something against guidelines. I do not recommend this company at all.

Good app. However if you want your customers can add their notes when they make an appointment you need to enable Intake forms; when you want to write some notes about your customers you have to enable client fields and client login. You spend 3 custom features to only 1 thing that can add some notes. That is cheating, isn't it? They want you pay more for what you can custom your booking.

I really like this booking system. Very simple and elegant. But, I am missing 2 crucial features on the app. As a music school business, I want my teachers to only know their schedule. I don't want them to know the students email, phone number, and how much they paid for the class. The office needs to know the contact/financials, and the teacher should only know their schedule. If this feature could be added for the User tab, I'll give you 5 🌟
