Page flashes quickly with login details and then disappears. Completely useless at this moment this App After 4 years SIMPEL replies with an answer that Android 8.0 is no longer supported. Well, back in 2017 when I created the post it was the latest. @Simpel: please check the posting date as well :-)))))

simply does not work . In order to log in I need each time to reset my password. Very annoying App, it needs to be developed much more. The only thing that might result in changing Simpel to another provider is that terrible App and the problem of not being able to check my calling and internet usage.

It doesn't have English language support. I have accidentally clicked a button on the app which I found out later that it was for re ordering Simcard. They have charged me 15Euro!! I have quickly contacted their support but they have told me there is no way to cancel sim card replacement order!! It seems like they have put a button there to earn some money from uninformed people.

Language is very important and I think it's best to give options of their choice of language especially the most common ones. Example NOT EVERYONE IN THE NETHERLANDS SPEAKS AND UNDERSTANDS DUTCH. So limiting the language to just DUTCH makes it difficult for us nun Dutch to explore the App. Thanks.

Data didnt work in Germany. I got an SMS from simpel with obsolete instructions about APN, for old android phones, that I should be a NASA scientist to make it out Few links to activate apn were not online but down. Newer androids don't show any apn setting. All these, when I was driving in German highway. Also they charge about 100€ for 700mb data out of the bundle back in NL.

Great service, the data limit works like a bom. Just wish u had a waget to see how much remaining balance and use at one glance. ( Lebara has a good example of one) For the rest great, clear and easy to use.

Occasionally logs me out and doesn't even save my log in details when I click for it. Poor service, makes it difficult to see your data use from time to time.

good app, very simple (haha get it). but that's not why i'm writing this review. i can not get IN the app anymore, UNLESS i restart my phone. and i do not feel like restarting my phone every time again :/ is there any solution to this? is there an update on its way? help me please
