2 DEGREES have not in fact been working behind the scenes to improve this app in any way stop can't use, I reinstall uninstall, update phone multiple times weekly still not working. Do NOT BUY 2DEGREE LOCKED PHONES PEOPLE THEY ARE MUD.

Not working dysfunctional on topping up. The mobile data payment app should be available in it to download. Idea...put your apps to use in the menu to download

The data clock idea just doesn't work as the associated app is BEYOND USELESS! In fact, it's uselessness taken to a art form! On top of that, you can't get hold of ANYONE to check it out and get things fixed! After MANY years with 2degrees it's reasonable to hope far better in the way of delivery. I'm OVER IT - two days trying to get this sorted out, and 2 degrees haven't even bothered to get back to me. Do yourself a favour, and go to another provider!

Im still not too sure about this app. When i just got it it was great! Like yeah free hour of data everyday. Now I notice I run out of data even faster than I did before I had the app and when I was with another provider. Pretty sure it doesnt even work sometimes (even though the clock is ticking) please add a function to notify us when it is using the data from our plans!!!!

Before the update it worked mostly fine, with the exception of using up my plan data even if my data clock time was still running, but now it's awful. Borderline unusable. When I buy time it's always at least a minute less than it should be (I realise this doesn't sound like a big deal but what's the point of paying full price for 15 minutes when you will only get 13?), the time seems to run out a lot faster, and notifications don't ever go off. Can we just revert back to how it was before

Terrible don't use. The concept is great, and basic functionality is great and was 10Mb/s for me on galaxy S9. Interface is easy and good. BUT they haven't written it quite right and it WILL USE UP YOUR NORMAL DATA PLAN at the same time as the Data Clock plan. (It double dips). 2degrees been good about it, and had to reinstate my data packs. Twice. In learning this. Perfect for remote devices or ones without data plans but you need some data to get it started. There is a workaround but

The app is good for the most part, but I keep encountering a really annoying bug. The day before my prepaid plan renews, I can't activate my free data from the data pinata as the buttons are all greyed out saying "Plan needed". However, my plan is still active, so I have no idea what's going on. Please fix this and I'll happily change my review to 5 stars.

One hour of free data usage thanks to this app. Same speed same everything, one hour, zero MB used. What's not to like? I used to be very careful about how much data I used to use, now I don't have to. I have wifi at home, Wi-Fi at work, don't spend an hour outside of these two places. My 250MB a month is rolling over and accumulating, inspite of using mobile data on the go thanks to this app. Thanks 2 degrees!
