The scanning machine isn't always working. I have a membership for students i always have problem's with it when I scan to get out .Then if I want to enter the bus the scanner says that your ticket is expired. I tried to contact the help center and they fix my problem but after 1 month but they never replied to me about the situation. So I keep messaging them and sometimes they don't reply back. The membership is excellent and free but it needs to be upgraded to be flexible to use. 🤙

I got the app updated yesterday. Since then, the app has not been working at all. It seems the app has crashed.

The app is literally useless, particularly the bus tracking. It's completely wrong. Like on the map, it shows that the bus is coming, it's on its way to the station, but actually there is no bus at all. The service is not satisfactory to be honest. I wrote suggestions and made complaints many times. However, no one seems to care about them. I'm sure no one even reads the comments here.

Even after many attempts, trying with different networks, WiFi, Mobile data, in different phones, this app doesnt even load. It got stuck in the opening screen with mwasalat logo. After some time, error message pop up saying no network detected. Its been the same for few months. Simply waste.

Your services are commendable, offering affordability. However, the app is occasionally buggy, causing it to become unresponsive. My 1 OMR payment yielded no credits or tickets received , and lacking change poses a hindrance; introducing a Visa payment option would alleviate this inconvenience.

This app is wasteless. Since last 3 months no tracking system, no online booking, no electronic ticket nothing. If the app is under system upgradation process then make it quick. So many people are suffering this lack of online tracking. Its frustating to wait in this scorching heat as so many bus stops dont have shade to sit also. Also drivers dont behave nicely sometimes.

It just doesn't work:( I've tried booking several journeys - both online and via the app. Neither is working. I've tried different browsers and booking as a guest/logged-in user. No luck. Perhaps the Arabic version is fine but the English version doesn't work?
