I paid for a yearly pass a couple years ago and the app was serviceable, but now even worse somehow. I can't even put the credit card information to pay for a pass, it either crashes or doesn't open the keyboard. They are getting complaints for years about the issues of this app, but they don't do nothing, so the bad rating is deserved

The bike service, itself, is great... but the app is terrible. I don't think I have ever used the app twice in a row without it crashing, requiring me to log out and in, or just freezing while I am standing next to the bike I intend to check out, etc...

Horrendously buggy. Has to be restarted numerous times in the trip. Couldn't even add payment method either. Absolute disaster of an app And the bike station I went to return to was also out of service and I ended up getting charged more for the time I took because I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to get the bike stationed

Don't bother! Downloaded the app to set up account for the first time but unable because it says "user already exist". I have never signed up before so tried another email, same error. The other issues is it requires a TIN (tax identification number?) but my country of residence is Canada so I entered a random number because it is a required field. My intention is to register as a daily user which the website says is available to non-residents. Great concept but a complete disasterous app!

It's great when it works, but that's only like 30% of the time. Some of the nany issues: - Randomly logs you out - Gets stuck when you switch away of the app and back to it (then, when you close it and open it again it logs you out) - Gets stuck when you're trying to unlock a bike shortly after docking it

Really bad. Couldn't sign up without restarting the app twice. Couldn't add payment methods at all. Finally got it connected to my PayPal and tried to rent a bike and it failed repeatedly. Ended up walking. I have seen people use these bikes but I have no idea how they do it.

app crashes, shut down my PayPal. restarted phone twice only for app to crash more. could not enter credit card either. bike plans were sadly cancelled. wasted too much time attempting to use this faulty app. Android.

Terrible. Gira could be such an exceptional service in Portugal but instead, because of a non functioning app, I sometimes just give up trying and use the Subway as there are no more alternatives
