After a recent charging session, my balance went into negative. Since then the map shows no available chargers. I topped up using the link in the app, been 24 hours, still no chargers, and balance hasn't updated. Horrible UX.

On the android app, lately it keeps saying "no locations nearby" so I can't charge my car on my android phone. It doesnt seem to have this issue on iOS. The few times I'm able to use it the app keeps crashing when starting and stopping the charger.

Terrible experience. finding a charger on the map is not user friendly, why not using a QR code? When topping up money I get redirected to a website which is flagged as not secured. It seem to take up to 24h to get the money in the account. The charging price is overpriced. I got logged out of the app, and cannot log in again and get several errors popping up when using the app.

App can't locate any EV station nearby. Called customer service and was told to reinstall. App will work afterwards, but have been reinstalling for the past 3 times since last year before I can plug in. Why is it so difficult for the developers to fix?

Is it for selling our data? - The minimum top-up is 300 THB, and there is no option to withdraw. - Credit cards are not supported. - You have to locate the charger by the tag number. It's the only way. If you visit the place with several chargers area, it's very difficult to find the charger.

No location. I am in front of the station. I have money on the account but I cannot charge my car as the app cannot find any location. Really bad experience

Android user doesn't show the charging list. Had to call customer support who advise me to uninstall and reinstall which resolved the problem but not good user experience.
