Edit: nearly 1 year later and notifications STILL not fixed. I've lost out on so many shifts I desperately needed Notifications for shifts don't work for me, despite having daily digest and alerts enabled. I would also like the ability to hide shifts that you have seen but can't work

of late I've been having issues with this app as it has been freezing and making it difficult to even submit timesheets. I've had to uninstall and reinstall the app.

badly affected due to the notifications issue happening for months now, no update if this is going to be fixed any time soon.

very easy to use, application is simple, the notification aspect of the app is very useful. There is still a few area of the notification aspect that can be improved example notifying me only on jobs from the trust that I have in my filter. but I don't see any other problem which is why I give 5 stars

Terribke IT support. Tried to use the app again after not having used for 1.5 years. I had forgotten password so clicked the forgotten password link and entered my email address. Nothing happened. Tried this for about 10 times over the course of 2 weeks, still nothing. Not in junk folder either. Contacted their support team several times and all they said was it should be in your email account. Well, it's not. Now they have stopped replying to my email and left the issue unresolved and me unpaid

Can not sync shifts with calendar. It is very difficult to navigate. Can not see if someone else applies to the same shift. Lack of desktop options. Really frustrating to work with.

Good app. The main issue is that you need the consultant to sign on your phone. For those who locum antisocial hours in a hospital they are not based at it's very difficult to get signed off making other locum companies more appealing. If they added a button to allow an email to be sent to the consultant and they digitally sign on their computer during the day. Edit: more time sheets rejected as working evening and can't get signature. It's not difficult to integrate email signature

It was working beautifully since I installed it,( an year ago) , but the last week something changed(?) , so now when I try to submit an ad-hoc shift I get a message :"Your time sheet is in a queue. Don't worry we will send it as soon as we find Internet". Neither wifi nor mobile data made any difference and there is no way I can submit any locum , because I can't overpass this message! I have 3 locums I am going to lose now! Such a useless application!
