Booking electric cars fails in 3/5 attempts, even when preordered, and a regular car arrives instead. Reducing rating to 2 stars until that is fixed. First Helsinki taxi service to order full electric exclusively, not just expressing a preference. Modern app, early arrival notifications, timely service and billing emails that make sense and look modern (looking at you, taksi Helsinki).

The service is easy to use, but sometimes a bit confuse, for example twice the app crashed and for a second i thought the trip lost because my screen start showing the initial screen when it lets me select the address, but turns out it is still going on. Second is the rating screen for each trip. I rate 5 stars but was expecting the selection to improve to be "what is best about the trip", so I selected all but later on found out that it was about things that should be improve 😅

Terrible. Had pre-ordered the taxi and paid for a 4am ride to the airport, the order was approved later in the day. The day of the flight at 3.45 I received a call that the ride is cancelled and (although I got the money back) I had no other way to get to the airport and barely made my flight by cycling there. The operator told me to call another taxi company and gave me the number but, of course, that company only started working at 6am. Very dissapointing and untrustworthy.

Excellent in that you can pre book. The service is excellent. I had problems adjusting the time. I also was unable to add a tip and this was disappointing.

Booking is OK, just few other comments: 1) not possible to give tip to driver after the trip (I can see the trip in the history but says tip zero and no way to give one) 2) finding your upcoming Booking not straightforward; who wants to book another ride when you have one coming up in two hours? 3) the link to rate the app under About is not working

This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. Constantly crashes and the map updates slowly. Sometimes it puts my location in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Driver locations never seem to update.

Excellent service. Was able to "see" where the car was on the map. Made me less concerned about getting the language correct. Highly recommend.

They sent me informative msgs prior and when the taxi arrived, the taxi came even a bit earlier and I could see him on the map. It was an excellent service and the app is very easy and clear to use.
