The app works well, except for having to pair with the pro device for every transaction. I often do transactions a minute or so apart and even then I have to pair the device with my phone everytime. Wasn't necessary before the update. It wastes time and is a nuisance when it is busy. Apart from that the app works fine.

My staff was extremely confused after the last update...overnight the screens changed and they could not figure where the bill they captured the previous night that was due for payment the next day where....just a little advice to the app developers...if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Everything was running smoothly with no hassles till the last update. If I was not around to help and try figure out what and where everything was moved to it would have been severely detrimental to my business.

Yoco is a great problem Just one flaw I bought the POS Tablet Bundle from their website but unfortunately the yoco pos software doesn't want to take my barcode input. On the old Yoco app it does but not the POS App This is slowing down my business alot My old pos software had the capability to do this. Yoco can you please sort out this issue🙏 Otherwise this app can be a 5 star. Kind Regards

App keeps asking which machine every time I do a transaction - this is since the update. Changed to 1 star - no response from developer. No fix.

I've been happy with the new Yoco POS app, but now after the 29 October update, I can't seem to capture cash sales or other non-card sales.

Why change and make a new app if the old one works perfectly. Can't even send a Payment link with this one. It just doesn't do anything if you click on the creat link. Frustrating Had to download the old one again

I've been a long standing client of YOCO. New POS Limited workability(after update)....tried to sort via chat and phone, no luck with consultants. Last solution from consultant, "sir uninstall new POS and reinstall old app"....ridiculous!
