Terrible App. Crashes unexpectedly. 5 times in 6 months, I've had to delete and re-download the app due to the work orders not loading. Yes, I turned on and off my phone, exited the app, and re opened the app. Really bad when you're trying to go from job to job and you have to call the office for the job address because the orders won't load.

This last update was just stupid. All it did was make the app more complicated and harder to find what we need from work. You can update and fix what was never broken. The app was perfect before this new update. I can't even view my team anymore. Instead, it's just everybody, even if they don't work our project. I suggest going back to the way it was, and terminating who's ever idea it was to ruin the app and make it harder on the people that use this app for work.

App keeps freezing and wont let me press onto options. Just highlights what ive selected then freezes. Also when i was scrolling down the page just started bouncing up and down instead of progressing thru the forms

When I upload images it does not link to my gallery, hence it doesnt allow me to access folders and specific images with ease. Rather, when I need to upload 100 photos from 2 months ago, I must scroll 2 months down only to be able to upload 10 photos at a time. It's time for a real bug fix. App is not compatible with Android. Constantly crashing and exiting forms on its own. Now it has completely stopped working on my Samsung Note 20 Ultra. Note: This app works well on IOS Apple Devices.

New update still hasn't fixed the login issue. Ever since the security update I have to re login a few times a day and get redirected to the login page. The app keeps logging me out!!! Update on the new update, still hasn't resolved any issues, app is getting more buggy with every update. Every time my allocations are changed on the app it automatically logs me out!

Repeatedly crashes, sometimes so badly that only an uninstall and reinstall will allow the app to restart. Does not allow for multiple images to be taken in a multiple image field. Aggressively transmits data, causing the app to freeze during text input. Why can't text transmission be at the end of an entry, not during? The backend of this system is good, allowing for customisation of your own forms, but this front end app is woeful and unreliable.

Absolutely terrible app. Crashes right at the very end while trying to either get a manager to sign off of uploading last photo. You'll think to yourself hey I might delete then reinstall... have tried this at least 30 times. Please fix the issue because I shouldn't be this stressed out at work
