I have done everything but it doesn't work I plugged my cable for mirror Then it says connect to a Bluetooth device for audio play I did use my headphones then the Bluetooth thing on the app because gree The my TV screen becomes black then nothing happens thus app is useless 😒 the is to tutorial for how to use it 😑

It used to work in landscape mode but for some reason when i plug it in now and put my phone in landscape the tv screen freezes

App disconnects from mirroring on it's own. Try to reconnect, it reconnects then turns off again. Read posted remarks and it seems like this problem has been around and not rectified.

Can yall please fix and update the miraplug app? It doesn't stay connected. If it does connect it's for a very short time and while it is connected it's choppy and freezes up. And the other half the time it doesn't want to do anything when plugged in. I have around 8 different cords and 2 I just bought at the store cause I thought it might have been that. Even tried reseting the dongl, app and device multi times! I've tried everything. Also read the reviews to get ideas.. no luck! 😕

My newlighting HDTV cable plug & play isn't working on this 2014 plasma T.V. and I don't know why. It tells me to update. I click on the update but no response and so that what everything else is doing. Not responding saying things like check your wifi connection. Check your USB connection. I tired of it. The T.V. is old and that's that. I have picture, but no sound.

*Update-my "bluetooth finder" app does not even recognize this device. So believe me when I say this WILL NOT bluetooth pair with any device It seems like it should work and it almost does. I get the picture only, but no sound. It will not bluetooth pair with either my Samsung S7 phone or my Samsung Tab A tablet. I worked on it for about 2 hours but it does not seem compatible with my devices. I wanted to watch online exercise videos from my gym, but it's just too much trouble with this device.

Had it up and running in five minutes. Plugged in, downloaded mira plug software, allowed bluetooth (so tv sound works), done. All i would say is, make sure you use a 5V 2A plug. Don't try Netflix, etc because they don't allow casting to second device, which isn't this product's fault. Best £15 I've spent. Perfect for occasional watching with phone internet when you don't have home broadband, which is who this is aimed at.

Waste of time. Update in response to your response. If it were the cable, then it wouldn't be charging my phone. And it is working to charge my phone, but still your app claims it's not connected. I tried pressing the hole for over 5 seconds, and no difference occurred. Your app is just faulty. And with how much you charge for the cables, I'm far from impressed!
