This app is awful. It constantly struggles to upload pictures when im at a job even with full bars of service. Good luck to you when trying to upload videos unless your phone happens to be hardlined to Nasa's internet router it will never upload. Which it also trys to constantly upload in the background draining your battery and causing your phone to work at the speed of smell until you realize you have this app and delete any uploads from 3 days ago.

The only problem I've found is while searching through pictures in a client's file, it won't allow you to simply go back to where you were in the file. Click one and try to go back and look at the next picture and it puts you at the beginning of the file every time. Otherwise a great app.

This app is stupid. It doesn't even let you upload photos from your gallery. There's just zero options. It just says "there are no photos in your tray." When you try to use what looks like the only obvious option.

Usability overall is good. The UI could use some work. Currently when I load a project, the selection bar (I assume should be at the bottom of my screen) covers about 75%. The only way I can browse pictures is by going through them one by one. I also can't get out of the picture editing menu, at all? There's no button to save, or be done editing. I have to cancel it (then it deletes my picture). Overall though, very satisfied

In concept, it's a good app. In execution, there many basic items that are uselessly frustrating. 1) if the GPS location function to show the closest, most relevant projects : at least make it easy to find my projects on an alphabetical list instead of some random BS that makes me have to scroll / search for it 2) sucks up so much data / battery 3) when uploading pictures on projects into companycam, it doesn't organize things according to geodata/ date taken for organization. Specially videos.

I've used this device for years and pay every month. I contacted them with a issue that is a big problem with there software. They gave me an automated response that didn't mean anything. I asked to be the called so I could explain the problem over the phone, automated response is they cant. Hire people, not hiring people for customer service is a joke when charging that much a month. Especially when it's software issue. I use this to provide photos to insurance for claims.
