Terrible!! How did this obtain 4.1 stars before?! App notifications are only partially shown, there's no option to expand it. Opening the app does nothing to show what the notification is about. EDX band was received on 12 Mar 2019 but only 2 school attendance records are shown as at 2 Apr 2019. Uninstalled, reinstalled and updated the app - nothing changed. WhatsApp provides better parent-teacher 2-way communication. A kid's smartwatch would have better options.

Needs a lot of improvement. Notifications do show up but when you tap it, it doesn't open the app and I am unable to view the message itself. It doesn't redirect automatically.

just download the apps. what about the parents who have more than 1 children at same school? the app does not have a list to add more child and the app is not user friendly😑. no chat/report/comment button that can link/communicate to school.

It is completely useless. Beside giving another headache and responsibility to the hand of young children to carry it does not work. If it is only for attendance we sent our kids to school everyday. Isnt that is enough for us to know whether kids go to school or not? It stated kids perfomance etc but why nothing is updated in the apps?

how does it work???? since my kid got the watch nothing special has happened. app is completely blank and useless. I'm tempted to just uninstall and save my space. can someone explain how it works

Multiple session seems disabled after update.This is essential and there is only one account for each student, andvit os shared by both parents. Please reenable multiple session again ASAP.

not usefull at all.. we know that children send to kindergarten, then just send us attendance message only for what? waste time and people's money.. need to improve a lot.. nothing is there.. like empty only.

I didnt see any good thing..my kid go school at 8am but I received notification at 2pm or 3pm. sometimes during public holiday it shows attendance on time😓
