Had pathetic experience with this nova company. Especially, delivery guys are not professional. they spoke to me rudely and carelessly. the delivery guy asked me to come and take boxes by myself and take it to office. I waiter for more than 2 weeks to take the delivery. finally, I cancelled the order.

You can not order if your place is not available in the menu although I live in proper area where Nova delivery is available. They recognize my location but still they fail to save my address. Also, you can not send them feedback in-app. They will give phone or other channels. Just now discovered, the app runs in the background and counts my steps... I do not know how to stop it. So, uninstall.

Wanted to set account, and for odd reason, they want to authenticat the account by sending SMS. Waited 5 min for the text tried again and still no message. Why would you need to authenticat my cell phone?!! You can call me once while delivering and thats it.... Especially if your app is that poor! Don't over reach to something you can't do!!!!

I normally don't write negative feedbacks, but this one really gets to me. I have placed an order 20 days ago and never got delivered, and when you call their unified number it's always busy, how on earth is a unified number busy. I also sent an email and no response. So it actually makes you wonder why all the trouble in having unified numbers, email & an App that none of them works and hence no sales generated. A compelet waste if their money in developing this and waste of my time too.

I requested through the website, because the app doesn't work. I have a good experience with this company: 1)free delivery. 2)Good price, easy request. 3) They send me a message that the drop-up will be within 3 days and the driver contacted me the next day. 4) Although there was a language barrier with the driver, but they are so cooperative, just keep contact we them and make sure they give you the same liters if bottles, mistakes can be happened. Thank you. I strongly recommend it.

Unable to update the application! It keeps saying the version is outdated and when you go to renew it, you find it ready to open. Again, you open it and you get the same message so unable to update and unable to order. Terrible and keeps changing for no reason!!!

I attempted twice to schedule my delivery for the evening (4-8 PM), but the driver kept calling in the morning, claiming he was nearby and wanted to finish his shift early. When I explained I’d be home at 5 PM, the driver rescheduled without my consent. I suspect the evening slot isn’t a real option. Frustrated by the experience, I’ve decided to stop using Nova water despite previously liking it.
