The app is very useful and has almost no learning curve and offers convenience, something I appreciate very much. With that said, I have a problem with the new "OTP" security feature when buying data with airtime for my router. This feature is cumbersome since it always means I have to take the SIM out, put it in a phone and then do the purchase. Wish I could turn it off. There should be a choice to have it ON/OFF for Linked SIMs at least.

Glitches, crashes, slow, bad navigation, terrible ui, bad options, visuals, complicated, the font is no clear (please fix), poor animation and not well designed. What the developers can do is improve navigation, clear deals as available when you'd dial, good animation ( you can make a lite app for weak phones ), learn from the MTN and Vodacom app and be minimalistic. What I like about this app is that it has that Spotify visuals

Since the last update, the app is unstable. One cannot play the competition for the past 3 days. Why break something that was working. Don't the developers test before they roll out updates. I've uninstall and reinstalled the app, same poor experience. Sort out!!

The app is great it's just cell c network is bad in general will be switching back to Vodacom. I only made the switch to cell c cause I heard the data bundles are great but it's a lie in fact Vodacom and Telkom's are way better.

One thing I'll never understand is why app developers see the need to update something that works perfectly to something that's always glitching, freezing, and not loading. This new app is terrible and frustrating to use. Bring back the old and working app.

I think the app is great, but I'm a bit confused about why it doesn't allow users to log in and make data purchases when they're out of data. It's quite frustrating. I hope this issue can be resolved soon so that I can give the app a better rating.

I m not happy with cell c customers service. My sim card was registered under my name.i lost my phone i struggle for sim swap.am a businessman.i really have no time check my last call and last recharge number.i forgot it.i really struggle to sim swap.now m going to move to Telcom. Sim is very easy.if i lost sim car i m not worried i can sim swap easily. I was not happy at all.what cell did to me.and i have been using that cell sim card Over 12 years.

The recent system update is pure nonsense. That black UI is extremely poor. Please fire your UI designer(s). The system is now very slow. In addition to UI components not well arranged, navigation has now become a nightmare. It's like the App was developed by a ten year old child learning programming basics.
