Had to be one of the worse apps I've used but I have no choice. I never know when it will let me log in, most of the time I have to wait minutes before it goes to the next screen of at all. I don't understand why I have to clock out before I finish filling out my tasks for my shift. Again that's if it even makes it to those screens. It's all pretty much a guessing game.

This app is absolutely horrible . I constantly have issues with it. I have to call to the office for help almost every day. Its takes clients off the schedule, sometimes I click in and can't clock out because nothing is there " schedule is not found", or " off line". I'm so sick of it,and worse part it takes so much time .. The whole app needs to be redesigned.

This app is horrendous! It literally never works. You can uninstall it, you can reload it, you can restart your phone; it won't matter. It either idles out, won't let you sign in at all, or wont allow you to access the features you need. At this point it still idles out and won't allow my client to do signatures. There are too many screens on this app, causing too many potential fail points. This app is using too much data due to poor design. It needs a complete overhaul.

Yall.....seriously....this app needs a complete overhaul with all of our input being a priority. I hate the options for reasons why editing my clock in/out: the app wasn't working needs to be one! No I have to pick early/late something that actually has no reason at all to do with my edit. Please for the love of....overhaul this mess. I'm so tired of seeing the soul sucking swirl of time wasted when this app is "loading" and then having to close it out restart my phone and start all over.

Horrible App, the worst. I'm forced to use this app to track caregiver hours. It will sometimes log me out after 10 seconds, sometimes after 5 minutes. I will sometimes login the wrong person. Randomly refuse to connect to the internet. Other times it will act like the clock in happened, but then it didn't. I hate this app more than any other app I've ever had to use in my entire life.

Can be better I have issues logging in and logging out sometimes I will have to restart my phone sometimes I will have to uninstall the app and re install the app. It doesn't need some improvements because of the glitches. But other than that, if it works the way it needs to, I'm happy with it.

I love working for rescare been their almost 19 years but the app sucks and the locations fine but I turn off everything else what I do when I'm off they don't need to know who I'm calling or what I'm doing and sin info and my wifi that can't be legal I understand stand the location clock in click out if it worked but as for the staff my bosses they r the best that's why I stayed so long always their when u need them but the apps no good and the rest is very intrusive makes me feel like hacked

I have had problems with this app on an almost daily occurrence. It won't let me clock in or out. It won't let me edit, says it overlaps my schedule but it is the last clock out of the day. I am so tired of it I feel I should be paid for all the time I spend trying to fix it. You don't give the caregivers a way to contact an technician to fix the problem. We have to call our office so they can put in a report to get it fixed. It's all so rediculous. Fix the problem, you've had 3 year's.
