I am having the same issue as most others. I can't get as far as the shift before that can happen I still got a complete my profile which it doesn't allow me to get to the homepage this is the same problem I've had two months ago when I first applied for bellhop then I received no communication whatsoever about anything my background check came in a month and a half after I had already found another job temporarily and then received a notice to join bellhop again so here I am and nothing has ch.

SCAM!!!! After sending in all of my personal private information for "on boarding", the app has been stuck on the "Availability" page and I cannot do anything with it! I've tried several times to uninstall and reinstall it and log back in and it's still froze on the same page with no way of doing anything else with it! I've reached out to the recruiter several times about the issue and they have been avoiding the subject and ignoring my concerns!

Probably one of the worst apps I've ever used. There is no reason for an app and communication to be this bad to where I have to make multiple phone calls, just to make an account. Except, the second I make that account, I'm in another problem because the app doesnt really let you edit much or explain anything. I can't even change my profile picture without nonstop errors for some unknown reason.

This review is only for the Bellhop company. The mover I hired was incredible and I have nothing but great things to say about him. However, don't use Bellhop, use Dolly as it's 10x easier. Not only did some of the movers I hired show up late, but Bellhop double charged me after I had already called customer service to reconcile the bill. They also had consistent issues with their website so I wasnt even able to log into my acct to see the details of my move.

Great concept when it comes to the type of service they provide but very poorly designed. Things like payroll, tips, customer review, updates, poor customer support and gas compensation. I had a job with bellhops on March 2020 and even the customer told me she had an issue with customer support being rude and non supportive. In business you need a good product and more importantly, a good SYSTEM. For bellhops, they have a good product but failed when it came to the actual system. What a shame.

Can't even get started with a notification code. Tried 4-5 times. Also, I use to be a professional driver/mover for a moving company. Hourly pay seems good to people that don't know better. Especially if advertised at $15/hr. However, movers at real moving companies get paid by weight which I'm sure in majority of cases would be more money than any hourly pay a third party would offer such as this app and others. But, they have to make profit somewhere.

Great concept but the app is very buggy. Plus it's show jobs outside of your availability, the wait time in between jobs is unrealistic, and if your new recruit the time you wait for your first two jobs is longer than you want to wait. I waited almost a month in between the first two jobs. This makes me want to go back to my old moving job and that says a lot

Same bugs + more thru 2+ years of updates... This is literally the only app my phone complains about frequently crashing and using up resources. Scheduled jobs don't load immediately upon opening the app. Job details disappear and reload while I'm trying to look at them. Messages from HQ are now distributed haphazardly across three different inboxes in two separate tabs of the app. I rarely get notified of scheduled jobs anymore. And that's not to mention they practically abolished travel pay...
