I was going to try better help but they don't take insurance and I don't have the greatest insurance either so I was doubtful of finding an online therapist that fit my needs. It was very easy to sign up, they take my insurance with $0 copay, my therapist is great, it's convenient, so. Update have had to switch therapist 2xs due to lack of understanding of my situation and one saying she could support me but not help. You can only switch 2xs in 6mos.

My therapist is amazing! I feel heard and she works to help me with my issues without judgment. The providers are all NP and not active psychiatrists. The providers are not properly trained to treat mental health needs, no more than your PCP! Total waste of time and money! I would never recommend Brightside to anyone if they require a psychiatrist! As for therapy yes I definitely would. Catherine is very well-trained and cares about each individual and is so helpful.

Confirmed appointment vanishes with no follow up notification. I had to reschedule with limited availability. Side note, the providers were great as it's the first time I've made improvements with anxiety. I wish I could have my same provider but away from the app.

I love my doctor and she list ns and is kind. She gets back to me quickly and appointments have been easily obtained. I also like the check in but it's hard to answer some the questions because the answers are pretty much an all or nothing deal. However, I've been try to reach support multiple times to see if they accept my insurance and I've not heard back. That is enough to make me want to take my business elsewhere.

I'm using the Android version of the app and the private messages I receive from my doctor are being cut off on the right side. It's like the text-wrapping is broken. I wouldn't mind it so much if I could scroll over to the right to read the rest of the message, but it won't let me.

I found their site on a Google search for psychiatric care/med refills. WOW!!! BEST SEARCH I'VE EVER FOUND!!! The app is easy to navigate. Search for your insurance plan on their list they accepted insurances (they even offer self pay, financial work plan). You answer some questions (HONESTLY) to find out what type of therapy would be good for you. They set up a plan, and you follow through daily/weekly, meet with your therapist to go over it. THEY'RE JUST GREAT. GIVE THEM A TRY!!!!

I love this app. It has helped me so much with me so much!! I get to choose my treatment plan. My therapist is there to guide me through my journey of recovery. I love how there are activities i can do daily to improve my mental health. I can message my providers at any time directly. I love how I can have my session wherever I feel comfortable because it is all online. I don't have to worry about transportation or traffic!!

Brightside is a great service. Only problem I'm having is the App won't open. I have to attend appointments through my browser on my phone because the app doesn't load. The therapy itself is effective though I highly recommend it.
