TERRIBLE App. Functions like it was designed 15 yrs ago. Not intuitive. Much of the info (except the extras they want to sell you) is placed in out of the way places. Obviously not synced to any of the info in your online account. Multiple rejections of inputted data with only a " Oops, something went wrong! Try again later" and no indication of what or where the problem is. It's a shame. VERY DISAPPOINTING and frustrating way to start our vacation.

Not designed or tested by users. It's laughable how unintuitive this app is. The lack of integration between utilities is frustrating. There is NO WAY, for instance, to get an integrated personalized schedule of your plans. Just bits and pieces of information within each utility. And there is a big lag between offering announcements by Princess and app upgrades (e.g. the "new" Premier package dining benefit). I tolerate it because I have to. And I've seen small improvements in a year.

This app struggles with even the most basic user experiences. You can see the schedule but can't bookmark events without errors. You can use it to chat with your party and others on the cruise w/o cell service or paying for Internet -- but there are no push / other notifications so you have to constantly monitor the app to see if there are any messages. You have to constantly use it to reconnect to the paid Internet service. Slow. Buggy. Disappointing. Especially on vacation.

There are a lot of great things about this app. The ability to track your "shipmates" is by far the best feature, but the ship WiFi makes it take a long time to load, sometimes even with the app failing to load completely. You really need to store more local data so the ship map at least loads instantly. There needs to be a shortcut to shipmates on the home screen, instead of finding it in profile settings or the map, then hitting shipmates, then hitting the drawer, then picking a person.

It works...sometimes. "Something went wrong. Please try again later" is common. It's useful for stuff that isn't important, like finding out who's performing at Crooner's Bar tonight. It's less useful for important things, like setting dining reservations or adding a credit card to your account because...please try again later. Princess needs to add all of the functionality of this app back to their Website, especially for pre-cruise setup and documentation.

Mostly functional. Frequently caused other apps to crash or freeze when running in the background. (YouTube music was my most noticable one) Slow and not very intuitive. Honestly my cruise exceeded my expectations in almost every way. The app was my largest complaint about my cruise. I made dinner reservations prior to my cruise date which were there for months prior to the cruise but disappeared when I arrived on the ship. Being able to locate other members of my party was a great function

I'm now on my cruise and this app is a hot mess. Before the cruise it was buggy and it was hit or miss of it would do anything I was asked to use it for. Now, however, it's worse. Some things work, but there are serious issues. First, when I am paying for multiple passengers/rooms and have my credit card on them, why can't I see everyone's charges? (I think I know why...) I can't begin to document all of the issues, but the other major annoyance is how many times I get logged out. Ridiculous.

The latest update still has problems. When I try to login using my existing credentials it is tells me that the data doesn't match with what is on record. I can login to the web site with no problem. If I do the reset password, it will login once but if I go to a different app and then back I have to login again and then it won't take my credentials. However, I have always been capable logging in using booking number.
