App is great for checking in and tracks the days you came in. It even gives you the percentage of the month in progress. One thing I noticed that few times I check in but it never maked on the calendar. I have contact the gym supports but all they can do is change in the system but not reflect in the app. You will then loose your tracking and percentage on the app. Be nice if the app allows us to modify/manual add to the calendar app include a reason and the system can synch later on.

The app sucks. For instance, it will say there are 7 classes available at a particular location, but then it will only allow you to view 3 classes and the app shuts down if you try to view the the other four. Basically, the only thing the app is effective for is signing in when you get to the club - pretty worthless, other than that!

So far so good, but what would make it better and more useful is being able to record your workout time, type of workout, calories burned directly in the app when you checked in. I hope that makes sense 😅 other than that, it's all good! When that can be implemented, I'll give it 5 stars!

Pretty good app, but there is an "add to calendar" link for appts but no calendar in the app and it does not email you a link or anything either. Also, refers you to go Settings, but it crashes every time I tap it. Been leaving feedback via my mobile phone regularly but not fixed.

Handling cancelled training sessions definitely could use some improvements App is overall fine until you have to do a trainer initiated session cancelation. ie. let's say they need to reschedule. When they remove the session on their end, it's removed from my calendar but the # of "available sessions" to schedule remains the same. My trainer said it will be added on next billing cycle but that solution is subpar. There should be great visibility on both client and service side.

Membership Barcode should be on app's home screen! Everyone needs to scan the barcode 99% of the time anyone opens the app. Why isn't it displayed in the very first screen when the app is launched? Embed it in the space where the city's sports gym photo is

Impossible to sign up misleading and unexplained terms abs after you put in all you needto after45 minutes of guesswork the app hangs itself up and you can't log in or sign up ..an hour lost time.avoid this app and in extention avoid city sports..no membership staff available when you need them.

App is pretty much only good to check in. Tried changing my home club, locating a club (to see hours), seeing classes; nothing worked. The location feature has worked before, so that's almost worse.
