The app is perfectly functional. The workouts are well planned , very versatile for people who have a busy schedule. Every exercise is explained. But I don't recommend this for people who is starting because there is a lot of gymnastics movements that you need a coach at your side guiding. Otherwise it's perfect. And very expensive for me in Brazil, our currency exchange make this app cost about 200 dollars.

I'm not sure why we switched apps to this broken thing. Broken app. Cannot access anything. Only button that works is 14 day free trial that simply forces you to buy another subscription that still doesn't function. Currently paying for programming I do not have access to. Will not renew after my subscription is finished. Would give 0 stars. Warning. DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE

When it works it's decent tons of issues with the subscription and recording workouts app just freezes in the enter score screen and the support menu also does not submit so can't even leave feedback via the support page, email support is responsive at least and the programing is great but the app leaves alot to be desired

Worthless. Updated the app when they switched over. Can't access account. Currently paying for the monthly and have no access. Stuck on the free track. Has been nothing but trouble. If I could give a lower rating I would.

Basically unusable for android, keeps freezing, and also has a subscription, but the app doesn't recognize it
