Wish there is the option to give it 0 star! The app is just not usable. Kept getting the error "Server unavailable" on startup. Yes, I contacted technical support and got no response despite the automatic confirmation that they will get back in 2 business days. I think it's time to switch back to Libre. Dexcom seems to be a joke.

This app allows me to check my little sister's blood sugar and alerts me if she has a hypo... most of the time. But I really do not appreciate the app occasionally not refreshing the blood glucose reading (for hours). That's enough time for things to go wrong, but this issue hasn't been fixed. I would hate to think what would happen if the app gives up when my sister goes low during the night. Also, the app takes up way too much space. Nearly 3 gigabytes is insane for an app such as this.

All of a sudden this has started working intermittently, 2 different phones, same app to follow our child and rarely works. first issue we have had but it's extremely frustrating as none of us can follow our child. have tried all fixes and it still won't work, even re-downloaded app, chescked all app permissions, etc. her closed loop system is working fine it's just the share app which isn't working. so frustrating and daughter is ready to leave Dexcom, she is fed up of constant issues.

App that does not work at all! "Server unavailable. There is a temporary issue with the Dexcom server. Please try again later" ...message displayed on start since very first installation. Myriads of phone updates since then. App is installed on Samsung S20FE. The app has never worked. Update. Still the same on July 1st 2025.

Support reached out with a proposal how to fix the issue. Changing the Language worked for me. App now works as intended! (Temporary Server issue ever since first install 1 month ago. Second phone since then! Have not been able to use even 1nce. Both Samsung Ultras. I would love to use the app to follow my sons G7.)

This is a very useful app. Couple of development requests: 1. Allow the chart to show the "in range", or the high / low lines, without the need to have the alarms turned on. Sometimes I turn the alarms off, or change the settings on them, but would still like to see the different sections on the chart. So the chart values would need to be set by the user (separate to the alarm values). 2. Furthermore, a 7 day view would be amazing! Thanks

It's sad to say, but compare this to Libre, the Libre is hands down the best app. Dexcom, you need to update your app and make it more useful and more interactive. Let me dive more into depth with the graph and slide between times. There is no backlog history to go back and view. Overall, this is a very poor app, considering we are entering 2025, it's really disgusting

It was working up until last night, but now doesn't notify me when high or low. I uninstall it and redo, then it says not supported in my country. Im in the uk. I've managed to get it installed again, however I can't even add his picture any more. It blames storage settings, I've checked them, ive allowed all available, still doesn't work properly. No picture, no high or low beeps. Just my phones regular notification ping, which will not wake me in the night
