This is a terrible app. The joystick allows you to choose the speed of your Droid but directions are inaccurate and difficult to do well. It's janky in comparison to the precision you get from the remote which is disappointing. There's a build your Droid function, but they just have R2 or BB options. They should do a major update of this app with their newer bodies and legs available + add personality chip perks Feels like a cheap 2012 app not 2025. Disney sells so many, please update soon

I was trying so hard to get it to connect and sync yet nothing seemed to work. I tried turning the droid itself on and off, I turned the remote on and off again, I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it multiple times but nothing works. I'm actually quite desperate at this point so if anyone can help, please let me know.

It works pretty good! We had a group make droids - some of us had trouble connecting to the app at first. Remember to turn bluetooth on and the plastic remote off. Sometimes it helps to turn the droid off and on again in order for the app to find it (the app will also prompt you to do this the first time, so you might have to do it more than once.) I hope they update & add the C-series to the profile. I prefer using the app to drive instead of the remote, and the droids are much more talkative.

So first off once you get the droid connected. Make sure your remote is off(doesn't say in the directions)then you need turn your droid off and on. The app works great after that but getting it connected isn't as simple as tap connect. The main problem is everytime you don't use the droid for awhile it comes unpaired. So rinse and repeat... The good the controller is much better and easier to use the droid. Slight speed control depending on how much you move the joystick.

I like how this app changes my experience with my droid. The variable speed controls are nice and the droid is much more "talkative" while using the app. Pairing is easy if you follow the on-screen instructions. I would love to see a programmable navigation feature of some kind instead of just the limited "dancing" routines. I could care less about the virtual build-a-droid. More real interactive features please!

App suddenly would not open. Others reported same problem recently. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times with same results. Installed again and tapped "Open" from within the "Play Store" app. It is working again (I think I had Bluetooth on at the time of install). Report if this works for you. TY

MUST OWN a droid from Galaxy Edge! This app is awesome! Finally able to interact with droid more. The dancing, game playing, and remote controlling with phone is awesome. Love using phone as control. Makes droid more fun. Little negatives that is keeping this app fom being a five star app. -The joystick is a great idea, unfortunately it has some bugs. It isn't accurate. ex. at times is goes backwards when moving stick foward - The create a droid option is really bad. Not entertaining at all

This might help some with connections issues. Have your phone with bluetooth and location On, get next to the droid and open the app. Follow the steps to sync with your droid, when the app connects, it will ask to turn Off the droid and press continue, then On back again and continue. This is how finally sync with your droid. If you still having issues, uninstall the app and restart your phone. Install the app and make sure all services are ON, then repeat steps. Works well on Oneplus 5 device
