Everything worked fine on Android phone for years. Then update 4.3.0. Now app will not enable location on phone. Turned on all phone location permissions manually. Still will not work. In app under Permissions, Location "Authorize location access" setting in app will not turn on. Just blinks when you hit "allow". Android 9 UI version 1.1

App update on 10/29 has caused app to not connect to bluetooth scale. Can't sync! App added a 2nd location permission called "Authorize Location access", but it won't allow me to turn it on! I already have location access on, as that permission is called "Location access is enabled"...and I have had that permission turned on forever and it is still on. Now the app update added a 2nd location permission called "Authorize location access" and app quit working because it cannot be turned on in app.

Please, allow a manual delete of individual entries. I cannot express how annoying it is when someone else uses the scale, or my cat sits on the scale. And I get some reading that throws off my entire log. That in turn messed up every app I have linked to this app. Please fix this. Aside from that the app works fine except this massive issue I have listed. (User error, developer kindly helped fix the issue. I'll leave the original review encase anyone else has the same issue)

I have model 0385. I've had it for years and its worked perfectly through multiple phone setups...until now. 1st, why does the app NEED precise location; its a scale. I changed my wifi name and had to reconnect. Keep getting error 1412, which according to the manual means the scale timed out, please try again. I checked my network, uninstalled the app, changed the batteries. Will not connect.

works most of the time. I have to stand on it with equal weight distribution or the weight will be different each time. but otherwise it is fun to see that the scale connects to all the apps I need it to and functions well. be sure to keep the batteries updated.

I've had the scale for 3 years. I had the original app and hated the new one so much that I renstalled an old version. Got a new phone and installed the new app. Even though the scale beeped and the app said it got a new entry, the app wasn't saving the data. I contacted info@ and was surprised to get an answer. Long story short, they wanted to send me a new scale. I wasn't convinced that was going to fix the problem, but it did. So my anger at the app is tempered now.

Everything was working great on my phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note2 and then everything went down hill last night when I installed an update! Now when I try to open up the app all I get is a blank white screen! Is anyone else experiencing this? Also does anyone know how to install the previous version of Weight Gurus because now I'm thinking of going back to the store and returning the scale! Update: 12/31/2021 I switched my phone to the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and this App Works Amazing!!!

Syncs fine with scale. The app needs a little help. Doesn't always sync with my fitbit app, have to add manually. Also, I want to change my starting weight for my goals, and there is no save button. So I can't get an accurate number for total weight lost so far. If you can help with these, I will change rating to 5 stars!
