You guys need to fix your app! I've been using the KGW app for a couple of years now and it usually works fine but for the last several days (for me at least since I'm back to getting up at 5:30 am) the screen has randomly just gone black but the LIVE box is still inthe corner. It's very frustrating because I uninstalled and reinstalled the app hoping that would fix the problem but no dice. I don't want to have to switch news stations to one that will actually work but I will.

I used to use the app for traffic, regardless of the location. I don't like that it now directs out to TripCheck. Finding the forecast and some other basic things seems to be missing. I also don't like the video when you first access the app. I actually installed another station's app and use it now because of the change to the KGW app. Sorry, but change isn't always for the better.

The last words of most paragraphs are cutoff & don't show up anywhere, making the paragraph or sentence meaningless or worse yet potentially misleading! This may be a software issue with possibly the insertion of ads incorrectly overlapping the last line of the paragraph the culprit. That should be a simple fix, in the meantime I'm not interested in using your app as I'm not getting the complete & accurate written post. I can't imagine why it's not fixed long ago, doesn't anyone at KGW read?

Seem to have lost the ability to view in list mode. Now I only see two headlines at a time. Things keep getting worse, videos are inconsistent at playing, however the 15 - 30 second ad (which is always the same one) seems to play every time. Five years later, and I still feel the same way. Hard to see the headlines, images are annoying, notifications don't take me to the stories. Time for a different app. Shame really, used to be the best one.

Please fix this horrible app! Once this was a decent app for local news. Now not so much. It's really a challenge to get past the top headlines and into other stories without having to open and close the app several times. Next, why do the stories start with no sound, instantly close and then an ad appears and then the story starts again? I can understand showing ads but the ads should simply load first, then show the story. This latest version of the app has several bugs!

The app is horrible. I so want it to work because KGW traditionally has a good weather forecast. The app takes forever to load...it sometimes crashes... I get alerts about a particular headline, but clicking the alert takes me to a page of unrelated headlines. It's the clumsiest user interface. I keep it only because I'm not running out of space on my phone. The moment that happens, this app will be the first to go.

Awful changes! I used your app for traffic and weather daily, now it's useless. I don't want to be redirected to Waze or flash alert! I need to know the morning commutes like you used to show. Now you also cannot read local, regional & world news. Bad design change. Constantly freezes & won't scroll down. I'm deleting this app.

The screen goes black, and I'm left pushing play repeatedly to watch just part of a single report. I like to watch while working, and it's frustrating that I have to start it every couple of minutes! I need to be connected to my community but not to irritating programs that feeds the user with such a rough start in the morning and it makes the coffee time unfulfilling.
