Great app! It helps me to improve my knowledge about skincare and stuff, and able to discuss it with other members in FD talk. Unfortuntely, too many bugs. Whenever I uploaded an image in FD talk, it only shows a grey image and the other members unable to see it. The notification is not showing on my phone and it doesn't look organized. Someone replied to my talk, but when I clicked, it leads me to another talk which is kinda wierd. Please fix this issue and I'll give you 5 star.

I like the concept of this app, but please fix the notifications. It pops up yes, but when you open the app, there is nothing. So it's hard to keep up the replied talks. Sometimes, the 'try n review' was also error and can't be opened. And it would be nice if we can easily report the users with fake review or unneeded/uncomfortable talks.

Actually the concept of the app is good, but the software itself is terribly bad. I want to join the try and review campaign and have filled all the informations needed (got red checklist already), but I've tried several times to submit my data and it didn't work at all. Truly a waste of time. It didn't finish there tho, I've headed to the feedback support centre about this issue and guess what? It says that my email is not valid, while it's already well verified. Pls fix this🙏🏻

used to be 5⭐ app to me, but this new version layout&feature felt so messy & hard to find what i need. when i was in a rush to buy something fr marketplace, i usually rushed in to FD app to find the product reviews there & when i needed something with certain ingredient, i rushed in to the app & use the ingredient as my keyword there, and done. But with this newest version, it's pain in my a*s to do so. so frustrating, too much time wasted just to do smth that can be done only in a few mins 😫

I love the app cause it helps to ask for recommendations and a very good platform to share what your skin needs, but to be honest it's disappointing cause after updates the bug became really annoying. it shows notify but when I open it its nothing. cant even know if somebody replies to our question, had to check manually which is annoying. hope it can be fixed though.

Hello fdn, I wanna join the try and review campaign and have filled all the informations needed, but there is one problem I've found. I can't fill the 'beauty profile', there is no button to change my skin type, skin tone, etc. So it makes me can't join the try and review campaign, because of this bugs. Please repair this as soon as possible. Thank you

It says 'please connect the internet'. I don't understand, but my internet is on. I've clear cache and data, then I can't even open anything. I've tried to log in by website, Homepage works but any time i try to log in, it just endless loading. Is that normal for a new member? Np: it's working so much better now, and I like it because the interface is really easy to use. I give 4 star because it's hard to find every product, especially when the brand have so many product and variant. Thank you.
