SpoonMoon unites the power of the physical body in group fitness classes to move with the energetic magnetism of the soul through wellness practices, guiding guests to attain pure alchemy within. SPOONS are how we measure our energy stores and our overarching goal is to lead you through the most efficient usage for you. We use our SPOONS {energy blocks} in conscious ways conserving them until necessary, never to full depletion.

SpoonMoon is a cultivation of fitness professionals, nutrition experts and spirit guides offering a variety of wellness programming, including high intensity and low intensity classes, such as cycle, TRX, HIIT, yoga, and meditation. Reiki, nutritional therapy, massage, infrared sauna and other treatments are also available within our aura. For your first experience, please arrive fifteen-twenty minutes before class, so our Big Spoons {instructors} can introduce you to our safe and sacred space. We are here to meet and honor you where you are with modifications to guide you on your individual journey. We offer complimentary Pearl Izumi SPD clip-in cycle shoes, towels and ear plugs, as needed. Showers are available for a rejuvenating post-workout rinse. We are grateful for each moment you choose to exchange energy with us and strive to assist best we can.

All fitness class formats are forty-five minutes in length of pure sweat inducing, heart rate climbing, goal reaching euphoria! Our Big Spoons {instructors} are open to altering any move or action to fit your specific needs.

All wellness offerings are designed to elevate your qi {life force energy} by requesting of your soul to nourish it in all the most beneficial ways. You can’t help but feel rejuvenated afterwards!
