This looked like something cheap but thought that if anything you can return it, right. Bought the device, and with the app it works amazing. A friend and I tested it in our arms for fun and never thought how relaxed our arms feel after a small session of it. We played with it, but seriously it works great. Loved the device with its rechargeable USB cord. Can take it anywhere and relax 😌 if anything wished they added something on how to maintain the patch elasticity for its wear and use.

I had really high hopes... It worked...twice. the first time I did it manually, then loaded the app. It worked the first time, but the battery died after the second 29 min session. The app looks gr8, there just needs to be some tweaking with the sync and connectivity. I really liked the idea of this device. I've had 6 TENS machines over the last 20+ years. They help gr8ly, but they have to be charged to work. I expect R & D to get back with me on this.

it is good equipment but the app does not connect. One thing I could see is that you have to connect the location. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and turned on the location and it worked perfectly.I hope that that detail helps you as well as me. I will keep the equipment under observation to see if it does not disconnect. If you do it again then it is a problem with the app and they should repair it To avoid that many people in the world do not take their products as reliable.

I made sure my location is on for this app. Didn't work at all. Uninstalled it. Shut phone down. Restarted. Reinstalled. Tried again. Nothing. I have a Samsung galaxy note 10, which is an advanced android, and I've never had this problem with the dozens of apps I have. Taking this back to the store.

Product is amazing for the price. But the sticky pads don't last. After a full body massage in just one day the sticky pads are kindaish sticky.buy athetic tape and use after shower so the pad doesn't Get nasty. Really helped with lower back and legs. I even set myself up like I was getting a real massage face planted down and everything. Take at least 15 mins and you'll feel amazing.

I had troubleshooting with the device it wasn't working properly on Samsung Android phones with it did had good connection but the pairing was not working. I tried my location for the device to find me but did not work also based on comments from previous users. I hope the developers see the problem because it's costing the product

Connects No problems with Amazon tablet, however Samsung cell phone won't connect to device, it does have nice strength when it is connected to tablet. Pads seem to lose stickiness fast, gel & athletic tape recommended. Over all it's nice but not steam lined or compatable with other pads, the price tags decent. Device can be used just pushing + arrow no connect needed modes changed pressing button, hold in 3 secs to turn off. Will buy a second to hit two muscle groups at once

Can't connect to the app.. works fine when I do it manually that's just hard to do I try to use it while I'm driving because I sit for so long. My location stays connected I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still didn't work.
