Worst app experience I've had in a long time. UI feels like it was developed by an amateur. No vehicles available most times. Prices are not competitive.

What is the use of this app if the drivers don't accept ride requests? I waited for nearly an hour just for getting a cab booked. Moreover the drivers do not go at the price mentioned,they come to the location, misbehave after asking way too high charges and after we cancel and rebook, the same driver accepts the request, it's so disgusting. The same drivers are also providing services through Ola,Uber then it is quite understandable why they don't prefer this app with low commission...pathetic

I have used the service a couple of times and have really liked it. There is obviously room for improvement. The only complain I have with it is the inclusion of locations. It does not identify a lot of locations around the city, hopefully the addressbook is extended soon.

Drivers started asking for toll gate fee separately apart from fare showing at the time of booking citing that airport authority has increased parking fee while coming from airport even though booking fare is inclusive of all charges. When we deny to pay toll gate fee, they deny to accept tha ride. Usually ride accetping time and driver accepting the ride is very far away from the pick up location as compared to other service provider.

Best from all sides whether it is the rate,polite drivers, overall. But a simple request for ASTC City Cabs, try to increase the number of vehicles because sometimes after booking waiting time is little long.

No option to rate the trips or to give feedback. The quality of the vehicles are quite low. Doesn't provide AC, and dirty interiors make it worse. Simply being low cost won't be enough if it can't provide quality service.

No doubt the cab provide services at lower rates but whats the use if the cab drivers do not accept that rate. Same set of cab drive in ola, uber and here also. When the driver sees lower rates they do not accept it. As a result of which the purpose to offer cab facilities at low rates do not imply. Assam govt have just made a this app which is of no use!!!

Another "local" app for cab doomed to fail. 1st, you are not sure if the drivers will accept the rides or not. 2nd, even if the ride is accepted, the driver may cancel the ride after wasting 10-15 minutes of your time. What I find strange is that the same set of drivers would accept a ride from uber/ola and then complain about high commission rate of uber/ola. Hypocritic and pathetic.
