Keeps Crashing!! When I first downloaded the app it worked great. Now, every time I try to open it it force closes and gives me an error message that says I need to update the app when an update becomes available 🤷🏼♀️ I have cleared the storage cache, closed and reopened multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing works!

Waited nearly 2 weeks for important results. Had to go to medical records to get a hard copy. I messaged the help desk 3 days ago. Crickets. Not helpful. Update 4/11. The app has no help feature that I can find and no response to emails that I've sent. The results have been completed but are not on my "Myhealthone" account. That app is handy when it works but I was hoping for reliable as well. Downgraded to a single star since help for this app's failure, from anywhere, is unavailable.

I cannot begin to tell you what an awesome staff they have. Originally I had 4 steps to complete for my pre-op. They were spread out for most of the day. Becky called each one , radiology, Cat scan, echo cardiogram, and pulmonary to get me in one after another. Each department was understanding to my situation. The surgery was clearly explained. Couldn't be happier ☺️

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Doctor Chapati at the Northwest Medical Center Heart Hospital on the 6th floor. The level of care and professionalism was far below my expectations. Firstly, the wait times were excessively long, even with a scheduled appointment. When I finally saw Doctor Trippiti , I felt rushed and that my other concerns were not adequately addressed. The conditions I suffer from. RA and Lupus and narrowing vein in my brain. I got an email from my Dr to register for this, so I go through and enter all my information and get told I'm already registered. So I bring up my existing account information and log in. I then get told to link my medical records, so I click through that to be told my medical records are linked to another account. I click out of that and there's nothing in the app, I can't even register for the appointment that started the whole thing. If I never use this service again I will have usedittoomuch

It took me getting an updated phone. Which I needed anyway. this App never would upload on my old Generation 3 Samsung. But as soon as I received my Moto 5g IT loaded up and I continue to use it without any issues.. I LOVE IT! Has all my info on my recent hospital stay. And show's all the Doctors too.❤️☮️🐸

Can't view imaging results. when I tap on the imaging visit it goes to the next page and has a spinning loading icon in the middle. I've tried restarting the app over and over.

I'm trying to pay my bill and the screen goes to a blank white screen. UPDATE: Still get that white screen when trying to pay my bills🙄😒. And the same thing is happening on the website. This needs to be fixed ASAP
