The app requires me to take off the hearing aids, place them in the charger, and then reapply them in order for the app to connect. Very unstable. Adjustments are needed frequently between loud and quiet environments, and having to "reconnect" so much, is truly problematic. Update: rarely worn Lexie B2 hearing aids for sale.

The user interface could be improved but it's usable. The main complaint is that the app loses connection to the hearing aid constantly. This happens even when the phone still recognizes the connection. Very, very frustrating to have to power your aid off every time you want to adjust your environmental settings.

The hearing aids help, when they are working. Trouble is, it appears they hold the last setting when connected to the app. I never know when they've disconnected until I try to modify a setting. Then I have to reboot the app to establish connection again. And now, for about the last couple of months, I get a low battery alert almost always even after installing fresh, new batteries. So now I am not certain of the fullness of the batteries. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I bought these hearing aids as a backup to my expensive primary pair. I was able to register them for the warranty, install the app, do some preliminary adjustments after the hearing test. The hearing aids are connecting to Bluetooth, but now I am being hit with an apparently mandatory software update that errors out at 12-14% of the download, and until the update is completed, I can not do anything on the app. Multiple chats with Lexie support said "we're working on it". Android users beware!

Excellent sound quality, BUT. Be prepared for Your hearing aids continually disconnect from the app. Then you have to reset the hearing aids and then connect to the app. This happens all the time. You speak to customer support and they tell you to wait for an update and when the update comes it does nothing to solve the problem. I think the developers might be more focused on working on the iPhone version of the software rather than focusing on Android telephones.

Update, 10/13/22: There was an update for the app today, now it just crashes before it opens. The hearing aids are good, but a working app is the crucial part for me. I hope it's fixed soon. Absolutely a game changer. These have greatly improved my quality of life. I've tried other brands, and had them fail within a month or two. These are now about 6 months old, and have been trouble free. The app to control them is intuitive and easy to use, and the sound quality is amazing.

The hearing aids are good, but the app is useless. There is no real fine tuning and no hearing test in the app to test what settings work best. I keep trying to set up the rewards option, but it just hangs. I have called customer support 2 times now, and both times I was told someone would call me back, no one did. Obviously, customer service is not a priority. Every time I open the app, it never connects to my hearing aids. Called support, and they told me reboot my hearing aids. So I have tak

Hearing aids good..app, not so much. When I can get them to connect, it works , but that is becoming harder and harder to do. At first it would take a couple tries to connect. Then it became a little tougher, needing to Uninstaller and reinstall the app. Now I can't get it to connect on my Samsung A14 at all. It does work about 50% of the time on my wife's iPhone, but that doesn't really help much.
