Created a profile and couldn't log back in. Tried to reset password, but I never received the email with the reset instructions. Reached out to customer service through the app and didn't get a reply. Update 10/22/24 I'm still unable to get in. Sent an email and didn't receive a reply. If I could give zero stars I would since I haven't been able to use it.

It seems like a cool idea it just doesn't let you set the distance lower than 100 miles away it also has an upgrade to premium option but every time I click IG it won't let me🤦🏾‍♂️ would be even better if you didn't have to upgrade to premium to see your messages

Trying out from a friend's recommendation. I appreciate the verification process to gain access which limits fake profiles. Profiles are pretty much on par as other dating apps. Lots with no info. The app itself is not very stable with a few processing glitches as you move throughout the interface. Also a constant pop up to upgrade the app even if you have the latest version.. So pack a bit of patience. To gain full access, one needs to uprgrade to get the most out of the interactive experience.

I've tried other dating apps, but didn't stay on them for long as I became disinterested with the platform, the people suggested for me, etc. I love that this app is for black people. Geographically I am located in an area where there aren't a high number of single, black professionals so this app brings everyone from all over to a singular platform. I also like that the accounts and images are verified before they "release" you to roam.

So far so good. Still in the early stages of getting winks. I haven't experienced any catfishing. Everything in the profile is verifiable from photos to bios. I think it suffices to say that you will have a good experience with the app. Just ride it out and see where it takes you. My recommendation would be to the team is to provide the user with more dynamic experience when viewing photos and later on add video experience (as some other dating sites have begun to do).

MY BEST EXPERIENCE THUS FAR. I've not had any issues with the app. It is uncomplicated and easy to navigate. Load time is good and the layout is simple (a good thing!). In dating app land, this is a welcomed change to apps I've tried in the past. The success stories are evident that RBL is meeting a GREAT need for a better quality, user friendly dating app for us. I would definitely recommend this app. Looking forward to my own success story. 😊

So far the app looks promising. The selection of men is lush. There are search features that narrows down state, age, education, height. You can change anytime so youre not stuck looking in one state. You dont get bothered by spam or msgs from otherr countries, which is a big deal and no ads. Photos and profiles are verified before even allowing to browse which is very different from other apps. Im hoping to find the man of my dreams here. Id love to be a part of the real black love experience.
