Quite a few bugs... No spot to add tip when paying; when ordering wings, a pizza icon drops down on the menu the same as when ordering a pizza (as in, if you only want sauce on half etc); not all veggies are shown in the drop down menu for every pizza... So If you don't want something you wind up getting to the checkout and trying to write it in the "special instructions" spot...Which you're only allowed 32 characters so most things you write are too long and it gets rejected until revised.

Pizza is awesome but the app sucks. Won't let you enter quantities of some items during the order process and had to edit the quantities in the cart. The BIGGEST problem thought is that you can't change the month of expiration for your card! The options pop up but no matter what you click it doesn't change 🤪 I tried deleting and reinstalling the app and still had the same problems so I ended up calling in my order. I hope that they didn't pay someone for this lousy app cuz it really sucks!!!!!

Could use a sleek upgrade regarding add-ons, how choices are displayed, format, etc. But it works without issue, and I don't have to worry about something getting messed up, so can't really complain!

Wouldn't let me make a account said error every time so I signed in as a guest...could be more organized have the toppings and crust be separated... I was confused when ordering boneless wings because the dipping sauce and the sauce that goes on the wings seem to be mixed wasn't sure so I ordered all the sauces dipping and ones I wanted them tossed in how will they tell the difference or maybe I'm supposed to do the mixing of the sauce Mt self... 🤷♀️

Be careful with your credit cards. They double charged me twice & refused to refund in any way. I lost $35 the first time and $40 the second time. There will not be a third. I used to be a good customer & they used to be a good pizza shop. I guess greed is a powerful thing.

Pizza was Hot...so we're the cold items I ordered. Called the store. After whoever answered and got rid of their attitude, I was told that I would be able to get my money back. I paid with a credit card. As of this date(2 weeks after I ordered) I'm still waiting for the money to be credited to my credit card. I was NOT SATISFIED with neither the service I received, nor the price I paid...next time, I'll just save myself A LOT OF $ AND ORDER FROM DOMINO'S...😠

I love Milanos, the app is an awesome addition to something we get to enjoy on a weekly basis. Makes it super easy to order when I'm leaving work and have dinner home 15 minutes later. Keep up the great work Milanos!

I find this app fairly difficult to use. No matter how many times I try to sign in, it says my info is incorrect and I must order as a guest. The deals are hard to apply as well.
