The latest update is very refreshing on the eyes, the new UI looks really nice but other than that it's NOT great - it's very much slower than the old one, it consumes SIGNIFICANTLY MORE data, it's more Complicated than the previous one and lastly some people might find it confusing - so technically speaking it's not as efficient as it was before... 😟😢

Many bugs on the app. Usage section keeps showing incorrect balance info on data balance and GB actual consumption. Credit card payments issue as the transaction is processed successfully but the credit does not get reflected on the app. Sections of the app are not logically located such as spam blocking is part of the "Entertainment" section?!

The app is easy to use for normal stuff like paying the bills etc.. however there are some confusions in the app between hot offers , products and eshop tabs... Each tab has diffrent items and some items stated in both and some in all.. if there is a reason for this.. well it is complicated.. as a customer it will be convenient for me to come and find everything in one place.. furthermore the products tab has some old offers which are updated and cant be found in the eshop.. Thanks

The app is not working since the last update... Please rectify this... Update - after several emails...the reply remains the same robotic " try signing off and signing in"... "Change password"... Please understand that all these have been tried already but the app itself doesn't open!!!... Please update the app itself and fix the bugs!

Can't add credit card to wallet and use it for automated payments. Hence, every month I must open the app and pay by putting my card info over and over again. Moreover, every time I open the app now, I am served with 4-5 ads before I can do anything.

Terrible experience, can't even manage different numbers. How stupid is this! And when I try to manage my numbers and add them manually, it gives an unauthorized error. The app should automatically show all my numbers/contracts in a clear way and let me manage them and see details in a seamless manner. This useless waste of time doesn't even let me see the remaining allowance on my fiber. I hope they fix it soon

This app has got serious issues. It shows me different data package usages everytime I open the app including the ones that I have never subscribed. I have to keep reopening the app to get the correct ones. Who designed this bullcrap ? I really can't get understand how could it be wrong everytime.

Every time I want to log in it's telling me my number doesn't exist so how can I pay my bills and my number is zain. hey ZAIN FIX YOUR APP AND DONT LET IT LOG OUT ALL THE TIME BECAUSE NOT ALL HUMAN REMEMBER THERE LOG IN AND PASSWORDS WE ARE NOT MACHINES 👎👎👎👎👎 You deserve - 5 stars for your app not 5 STARS. GARBAGE APP
