Litterbox gets on my wifi fine and is even consistently pingable, but visibility in the app required multiple resets. This suggests an app or service problem. Hope this improves. update: litterbox seen by the app fine, but app notifications don't work correctly and full of poor translations. one cat shows in kg, other in lbs.. its a mess.

11/13/24 TO NEAKASA What Is the status of fixing the notifications from the app? Very frustrating. I'm about to stop using the litter box if this isn't fixed soon. 8/15/24 App does not send push notifications when the litter is low or the waste bin is full. I have to open the app to get the notification. If I've already cleaned out the waste bin and open the app 2 days later, I get a 2-day-old notification at the waste bin is full. You have to prioritize this push notification functionality.

Litterbox is outstanding, app needs work. We don't get notifications unless we open the app and then are told our login expired. It doesn't detract from the litterbox working great for us - would just be better to be notified when the litterbox is full and it's closed.

Box works great. I love it. The problem I have is with the app. It doesn't send me notifications that the litterbox is full. The "capacity" on the waste tray always says it's good until it isn't. I just opened my app to check on things and THATS when it notified me that it was full. Also, the number of times my cats use it isn't accurate on the "at a glance" calendar. I saw my cats only used it twice one day, which was weird. So I opened that event, but the details said they used it 4 times. ?!

App really is terrible, doesn't send notifications unless it's open. Box stays in upside down position if it senses it's full, which as luck would have it always happens overnight for me. Not ok with 3 cats who have no way to use the box. Tried to select "Automatic Restore" in the app to keep this from happening, but pop-up window won't scroll to save options. Emailed company directly but their response made absolutely no sense at all. Don't buy the box if you need the app to manage it

Like many other users I have an issue with notifications only being sent when you open the app. This obviously defeats the whole purpose of having a little box that will alert you when it is full, needs to be cleaned, add litter, etc. I will update my review once this major issue is resolved because I actually like the app, especially being able to keep up with each cats bathroom schedule.

Overall, the cat box itself is good.However the app is not so good it does not Notify you of things going on in the Box unless you have the app open. The box may seem full but it's not and the Box will turn upside down and stay like that.My cats pooped on the floor. The apps need to notify us with a bell if there is something that we need to do to fix the machine.

Please fix notifications. This would be a five star otherwise. Why have a tracking app with no notifications? Edit: it seems to only notify when the waste bin is full or removed, and not when the cat uses the litter box. Ehhh, bumping up to 3 stars.
