Love the app. It does what I need it to do. But... I noticed today that it's sending information out via data and wifi. What is it sending? Why is it so often running in the background? It's used 20mb in the last three hours, and 1% of my battery since the last full charge, and I have not used the app at all. Just "force stopped" it, and it is up and running in the background again, almost immediately. Please explain Thank you.

Very good app. Clear, concise information and easy, intuitive navigation. Would give it five stars if it could display current tide depth and trend on the tides and times page for a location, e.g. "6ft - Rising" or "8ft - Falling", etc. And bonus points of it could display an abreviated indication of current depth and trend ( eg "6' ↑" or "8' ↓" ) next to each location on the home page.

Used the free version for a couple months and wanted to support the dev with pro because it's very useful! Only real drawback is, the widget should really have the option to be expanded to show currents (ie. ebb/flow/slack) as that's extremely useful for fishing, not just tides. Still have to go into the app which almost nullifies the usefulness of the widget. Would give 5* if it just had that little bit extra.

Best Customer Support. As someone who has worked in I.T. since the Y2K days, I have often had to deal with customer support. When it comes to app/online support, it is often dismal. No response, no acknowledgement, no explanations. Mr. Ruston has greatly suprised me by responded quickly, explaining concisely what the issue was, and if and when it will be fixed. I do not have unrealstic expectations, so I understand some things are out of a developers control. Just be honest. AAA+ support.

Gives tide times in local time (ie including daylight saving). Simple, clear and concise. Lots of location options. Recommended this App to everyone who goes near the sea.

The best tide times app I've tried. Simple, readable, with favourites for multiple locations. Well worth the price. Feature suggestions: - show current tide height as well as next max/min. If the data isn't there for it, then calculate a rough interpolation - indication of whether the tide currently has a high or low amplitude (I can't easily memorise whether 4m is a big or small tide) - make the big widget fit better in the tiles (I've left direct feedback on contact page for this)

It is a good tide app with loads of location. I paid for the pro version but the only big issue I have is that some of the locations only shows high tide info and no low tide info at all! I believe other users reported this issue allready! Developers, please look into this and fix it, or at least let us know what is the reason we can not get all the info. Thank you PS: I will change my rating to more stars after this issue been fixed...

A bit disappointed. Its probably my own fault and i should have done more research. All I wanted was a widget that displays the current state of tide for a given location. While you can find this in the app it is such a simple to include in the widget that I assumed it would be included. To be clear incase this is something that can be modified, it would be useful to know the current hight of tide, so for example 1545 - 2.1m and rising or falling.
