- Can't figure out how to change temperature unit to degrees Celcius (I live in Germany). The grill itself shows the correct units, though. - Using WiFi connection, although the grill and the smartphone are connected to the same WiFi, communication is done over amazon cloud services. This makes sense if connecting from outside, but not from within the local network! And even if not at home, one could use a VPN connection. - I could not find an API nor another way to get the temperature readings for e.g. display in smarthome software like home assistant. Freedom of data? - The app doesn't seem to feature temperature plots. Since data is already in the amazon cloud, it seems easy to have temperature charts online. Or at least in the app.

Won't work. Have used before without problems, but today it just won't work. Tried logging in, then to connect, then after connecting the app shuts down. Tried Uninstalling and then reinstalling but the same thing happens. Then I get a pop-up saying the app has a bug. Not happy. Please fix!!

app needs fixed everytime I press connect it kicks the app off and says the app has a bug and please wait for the developer to update app to fix said bug. I'll change to 5 star when app is working correctly because I do like it being able to start the smoker from inside especially while its raining.

worked great now all it does is crashes all the time. my display went out of course they don't even have that part no more or anything that will work with my smoker so now I have a $300 plus smoker that I got to fight with to be able to smoke any type of meat. I hope they can get this thing resolved cuz it's getting ridiculous

worked absolutely fine until about an hour ago, during the middle of my cook. it must have auto installed the newest update and now crashes every time I open it and connect to smoker.

After first connection, the app never connected again. always says: "Couldn't connect because the app has a bug". There is no fix for it. just garbage.

my s25+ is saying there is a bug and won't let me connect through Bluetooth. could you check that out? it worked decently with my one plus.

worthless app. constantly crashes with error message saying app has a bug so it shuts down.
