pick ups and returns get changed in the app. have had to cancel appointments because drivers siege never sent or they never arrive. this only happens with pick yours to go to appointments. also get text to verify appointment times and pick ups and have the wrong times, sometimes two or three hours too soon or too late. have to calk and get this corrected. the app is more convenient than having to call in to set up trips. this is the first use of the app for the new year so we will see.

The app has too many bugs that need to be fixed. I tried scheduling a reservation with the app and online multiple times and was redirected to restart the scheduling process every time. Finally, I gave up and called the number to schedule a reservation, but unfortunately, I was 1 day too late. There is a lack of communication within the system between the employees as well.

Well back in August I started using this app. It was Awesome! I gave it 5 ⭐ s... I don't know what the problem is, and neither does the Tech support of the app I spoke to, but now it will not let me set my trips up. it'll say pretty much it can't set my trip at this time try again later.. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling . It's up to date with upgrades or w/e. IDK. I now have to call and schedule my mileage reimbursement rides like before the app. and, I don't like that 😔

The app is easier to book trips on then the website which often has errors. I'm ratings it 3 stars though because it's not as streamlined as the app and takes more steps to book your trip. They need to make round trip an option at the start, otherwise the trips one way unless you click the +add a leg after entering your initial pickup and drop-off which is easy to miss or forget to do.

The app is mostly fine, but be warned that, due to congressional requirements, you need to log into the app at least once a month, or you'll be locked out of your account, and have to go through the world's most annoying automated system to get a customer service rep to transfer you to tech support, and for them to escalate your ticket, which involves a second transfer, and long hold times, all to get your account unlocked so you can log in. It all took almost an hour this morning - smh!

App freezes. Then cannot contact live agent to troubleshoot while onsite. Then lose location verification and forfeit reimbursement. For those with medical issues already, the unreliability of the app and the human-less presence of phone center are stressful. On a recent trip out of state, app froze. 8 attempts at phone troubleshooting resulted in 3 hours of wasted time and no resolution.

Sometimes the scheduled rides are convenient and I get to my appointments on time through what driving service they send out. There are often times where the driver service is unreachable and I will have to pay to get home by way of taxi or Uber/Lyft. Update: very unreliable. The local transportation services they dispatch do not show up, confirm or answer their phone. Modivcare chat is down and they can't do anything.

Doesn't Work! Since the new update, you can't schedule any rides! The pull up menu for reason comes up, you select the reason, and then, you can't do anything. It discards your selection, but a reason is required in order to schedule a ride. This app doesn't function at all!
