Talked me into subscription for go3, now I can't cancel it via the app or web. Will have to call in and hang on the phone for hours to convince I don't the bloody thing(go3).

Overall good, but some small things really annoys: when I was going to UK, I ordered extra internet package. When ordered it, got notification "Jus saņemsiet SMS kad būs pieslēgts". I haven't received it in nearest time and even next day, therefore I pushed button to get package once more (in other place of GUI). As result I had to pay twice for it. Thanks to employe who I contacted, I got "discount" in my bill, however, all this situation is unpleasant and requested my time investment.

It re directs to homepage in way too many cases, i struggle to see the point of an app if it still sends you to the website. Last few days whenever I would login un to the app it was unavailable due to some kind of improvement works.

Nice design, pretty easy to navigate, and has a lot of bonuses in it! I have no trouble paying my bills and finding needed information. The support is always here to help me, which is very nice, especially if I have some troubles and need help asap. Very good service!

The app is garbage. All it is pretty much, is a counter. Just shows you how much data/minutes/sms etc you used. Which my phone does anyway. Also these guys try to make you pay for you're call logs which in CIVILISED countries gets provided to you with you're bill, so you can see who called you(essentially part of the service you're paying for already). What a joke app and a joke company

Though nice not having to go to the website all the time, the app is buggy, laggy and can crash at any time. This is not what most people want to see from a multimillion euro company, myself included. I do hope they inprove the app.
