Extremely lag for motion detection even at highest sensitivity. Most of the time, it can't capture the visitor, or start recording after visitor walk away. Totally defeat the purpose of motion detection. Very lag for connection, too. Possibly the worst product fr Phillips. The visitor call is almost useless for android users. Can't connect or live connect with visitor(s). Total waste of money on a lousy product. They have mostly 1 star reviews, yet no rectification/updates. You guys decide.

Horrible experience. My advice to others: not to purchase their door viewer device even its reputable. Whenever you do a mobile system update, your mobile/app gets unpaired. And when you wanna get it paired, you will not be able to do so. It will prompt you with all sorts of errors. Else your devise will forever be in sleep mode. It's been months that I have hadthis issue, and even their helpdesk was reluctant to help with the issue and mentioned they cannot do much. I'm extremely disappointed.

Super lagging DV001 door viewer. Received notification only after people left. The motion detection also lag. Live video always cannot load! 2 way intercoms also not working properly. The person at the door can't hear me speaking. The security is compromise. Please fix the app. This device is not cheap! Change from Eques to Philips hoping to upgrade but so disappointing with Philips. Gonna switch back to Eques or Tuya.

philip door viewer dv001. very lagging to connect. need to wait very long or sometimes no even connect. When people press door bell. it take photo instead of video. photo bearly see the person face. Press video viewer on live. the person is long gone. Worst app or version. Way overpriced. please have a update soon and have more setting.

Yes , this viewer slow to capture movements. Can Philips do something about it ? I bought my viewer few days ago because I thought it is a reputable brand and good quality but seems it is worst then Eques which I had previously. 10s video recording captures noting coz by the the time it is activated the person already have gone. Hope Philips can do an upgrade on the app. Please work on it. Waste my money.

Super lag connection. 2 way communication on mobile is simply useless. Never once I managed to pick up a call. Video playing takes forever. If you are lucky, you can manage to take the back view of the person ringing your door. I am using android phone. Hope tye developer do something on this.

I am using the DV001 and it works well for me. I realise it's more of the app giving issues. This is my workaround for the app: -Set battery management to "unrestricted" in Android settings -If the app is stuck on "preparing to play video", quit the app and force close it -To prevent the app from getting stuck again, never use the 'back' button on the phone to close the app. Press 'home' instead. Then swipe it away in 'recent apps' As for my internet setup, I am using an Asus mesh router.

Poor Easykey app. Bad connection and lousy functions. When out of home DV uses mobile data. However it disconnects from mobile data and goes offline each time I return home. I then have to add device and lose the earlier alert videos. Photos and videos captured by and stored in DV cannot be downloaded onto my mobile ie no download or transfer button on DV to permit transfer to hp via wifi. Screen wakeup on app is slow. The Easykey app needs to be improved to uphold the good image of Philips.
