The points I've been accumulating for months became virtually worthless. They revamped their entire system, at 75 points I used to get a respectable meal, now only a side item. Now a 100 points only gets you a basic cheeseburger, which use to be 50 points. For the first reward you need to spend thirty dollars for a regular size drink, what a joke. Without valuable rewards to offset the cost of how expensive their restaurants are I doubt I'll ever be going back. It's just not worth it anymore.

Your app is horrible! I can never use my points earned, I'm not able to pick a different cheese, and your app didn't recognize my account so I ended up using a different phone. I've sent in emails to notify what's going on and nothing happens. You guys really need to work on this before you advertise to use it.

Hacked! Be careful, the security features for the app are very minimal. @4:22 am, I received 74 notifications that my account was logged into a new device. There is no way to solve this problem. Avoid online orders and using financial information. My bank fortunately has added protections and initiated them immediately.

Open updated app and it takes me to a birthday page. Enter my birthday and a blurb pops up saying phone has already been taken. I close that blurb and can't go anywhere. I have to close the entire tab, but reopening just takes me back to the same birthday screen goofy-loop! #Maddening!

The new farmer boys rewards offers are garbage compared to the previous ones. Most items doubled in points, and there is no longer a $10 off reward with the $5 reward being the largest. They want to make you spend more money any time you visit. I will spend my money elsewhere at places with better rewards programs. I use rewards programs like a savings account. When money is tight, I always have points to redeem. You can no longer get a meal with points alone.

The "Order" tab shows nothing. Load time is either extraordinarily lengthy, or it is periodically nonfunctional. once it starts working, the "Scan in store" function is similarly lengthy or fails to activate the camera at all.

Awful. terrible. delete the garbage app and start over probably. I downloaded the app. created my account and had to "verify" my email address. ok cool. they sent me a link. I had to copy and paste. I enter my email and then I get pushed to a website that said the owner banned me for rare limited, whatever that means. what an awful app.

This was one of the best experiences with Farmer Boys. I am a Veteran and when I was at the register the young lady was excellent she helped me to check my app to see if I could receive a better %for the total savings. she also helped me with scanning my receipt to update my points. Finally just kind and polite she even brought me my to go order while sitting at a table. FANTASTIC KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!! P.S. I'm going to ring their Bell on my way out. Thanx Again!
