It's good. I'm on the free version. I've just been out for 40 mins using my data on radiooo. It was 52.50mb and 159mb when I came back. Whilst outside I couldn't get it to shuffle so it stayed on the country chosen unless I changed it (still getting used to app.) Free version is not ad ridden, some songs are repeated, music keeps going on mine when screen goes off. Edit 8th Feb 24 I did join. App is fine, but I also get notifications for a chrome download when I have this app already open🤨

Absolutely amazing concept. I hope that platforms like Radiooooo are the future of music sharing. Great alternative to the corporate music world. However, the app (which is not an actual app quite yet) has a myriad of issues, at least for android. The music randomly stops playing, and the screen just sometimes goes black, which can be very frustrating when you want to find out the song playing. I hope you guys get much more financial support to make an actual app, as I know that's the main issue

Radiooooo is my favorite app and the best thing to happen to me 2021. It is the mubi of music. This is my new favourite place for music discovery. I'm excited to submit tracks of my own in the future. (I bought the subcription.) The ability to select country and decade is cool. I love the taxi feature which lets you select multiple countries and decades. I also really like that all my liked items go into a playlist for me to listen to anytime. Would like a recently played list too. <3

I can't listen to songs on this app for long. Before long, it just stops playing. I have better luck playing it from the chrome browser, although that is not great either. If you click on a song, if you are not a paying member, it will go on playing 15 second excerpts of songs until you shut down the app. It won't let you stop playback in these cases. That aside, I am grateful that there are no ads. It's a great resource for music geeks.

This used to be really nice before they added the paid membership stuff. Now you can only listen to a handful of countries out of the rest of the world and most if not all of the cool features are behind a paywall. Radio Garden is a good alternative to this.

The app is great but automatic next tracking is not working. Also it sometimes skips the songs, gets frozen, replays etc. Bad A.I. But bruh, the concept is great. Great way to timetravel and discover gems. Maybe the best one. Let's keep the subscription for a while.

I subsribed to radioooo with a monthly fee of about $10 AUS. The first payment came through as $70 aus, with no indication in the terms of service this would be the case or was allowed at all. I sent an email to the team and got no response. The app is great but this is really dodgy management and totally immoral during COVID-19 lockdowns when many people myself included had lost employment and cannot afford to have $70 just go down the drain.

I almost never review apps on here, but for this one I have to make an exception. I truly love this app with all my heart. I've always loved discovering new music. I also love history and with this app, I feel like I can kind of connect these interests. Seeing what people from different countries might have listened to in the past is incredible! I've only used the free version so far, but I'm debating updating to the payed one. Even without spending any money tho, this app is amazing!
