Seems like they fix an issue and break another one. Just like many people were saying, the login was a mess and that seemed to be fixed (at least on my phone) but the most important part of the app is broken, the coupon bar code does not scan. Do you guys test the app in the real world before releasing it? Over the years, I've seem many issues, from location being off and not allowing usage while inside the store, to bar code issues, logging issues, and now again bar code issues.

I go to the same store every week to use this app. This week, after the update, I went to use at the same store, and the coupon wouldn't scan, and they tried multiple times. No point having the app if they won't work. But there are no issues using the pin to log in anymore

This app used to be great but since the last update the damn barcode is all messed up and unreadable!! I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Still having the same issue!! I love my Camels and want to keep using this app!!! Fix it please!!

This App. recently, it is now broken. At first, coupons would not scan at the register. Now I dont even get coupons. I have used this app for years with no problems. Please fix it, and I will change my star ratings.

Since the October 9th update, every time I try to use a coupon the screen just flashes and the gas station attendant cannot scan it. So I haven't used any discounts since the latest update.

This app is a POS! It will not log me in. Biometrics gives the green (good) checkmark and the app does nothing. I go to log in using my email (which it has stored) and password. Enter my password and it clears BOTH fields! I have tried every week since I got it. It has worked 1 time in over a month. If RJ Reynolds wants to publish apps then they obviously need to hire better IT people...

They scan my coupons at 711 and it doesn't scan? Not sure if they stopped the promotion on camel Blue 99 or what. This coupons used to work all the time. This past 2 weeks every time I use it at 711 it doesn't work z doesn't scan, don't know if 711 is the one stopped the promotions or Camel did. Would be nice to use the coupons, instead of paying near $20 dollars for 2 boxes of cigarettes.

Garbage. Fought with the app itself to login repeatedly, then gps apparently is not just tracking but physically present (pardon the joke) and when coupon is finally scanned.... nothing. Legit like 12x. Over. Nada. Doesn't even work. Good luck y'all 👍
