The app is okay, definitely feels dated. My biggest complaint is the access codes--13 digits long!! I did the math and with that many digits you could generate over 66 million codes for *every housing unit in the US*. I reached out to them about this. They didn't seem to care but I gathered it was this way because of legacy programming they don't want to bother fixing. I also gather they must have some sort of monopoly as no company facing competition would be this lazy.

Galaxy S25 Ultra - there is a glitch or a miscommunication between Sentrikey and this particular phone. I cant seem to get technical help. sentrikey says its Samsung, and I cant reach samsung. this is the only model that has this issue, my 24 ultra worked fine with the app and so did all of my previous phones.

Crashes and freezes ALL THE TIME. I can't believe we don't have this app wiring better after all these years

it is unbelievable that this app and company are used for such an important service. going to check on getting a refund as it's unacceptable how poor this system is. Might as well save the money and use combo locks. They must have strong agreements or influence to have MLS's use them as its not due to the service they provide

I have to force close the app after every use and then log back in. Thos can be super annoying when I have to show several homes in a day. The support staff on the phone is not very helpful. They have no problem making you wait when you are in extreme weather and come back with an unlawful answer. I dread showings when the instructions say there is a sentrilock lockbox.

App works when it wants to, which isn't very often. To get it to start working again, I had to delete all cached memory, passwords, delete the app, restart the phone, put it in airplane mode for 5 minutes, then give internet access back, download the app, open it and was finally allowed to enter the login information. It's a long drawn out process. Putting this here, in hopes that it helps others, because IT support isn't terribly supportive.

This new version is rife with bugs. For starters, it doesn't render correctly on my Pixel2 . In trying to create a one-day code the year space does not show completely and cannot be edited. Looking at access logs, the screen text is cut off on the top and bottom. Most buttons on the bottom of the screens are cut off, barely visible and impossible to click. It should have been tested more thoroughly before release. Disappointing.

Automatically updated after I used a lockbox, and then the app wouldn't work at all. :( Tried restarting, but it was stuck on a settings error or a black screen regardless. Uninstalling and re-installing seemed to work... we will see. Need the card to work as well as the app, for backup!!! Too many problems, and it's way to stressful too have these issues in front of clients.
