They come late and leave early, last booking was confirmed and no one came, no one bothered to call and notify me, and when I called to enquire, they said we'll update in 5 minuets, an hour later no one called. highly unrecommended. Some maids are good and attentive, some are not. But servicemarket itself isn't professional at all.

Updated review: changed my mind, just now we discovered that 2000 AED is missing from my husband's wallet! The lady was respectful and completed her work quickly, addressing all my requests without any objections. However, her focus was primarily on cleaning. I felt that organizing the items wasn’t a priority for her; she tended to move things around while cleaning but returned them to the same spots instead of asking where they should be placed.

The worst service provided ever, they log and cancel your service for no reasons, their helpers are sneaking behind the back to book with you directly , their call center is one of the worst call centers I ever dealt with , not recommended at all

First, no one informed me the cleaners would be an hour late. I found out only after contacting support, who assured me they’d arrive by 6 pm and offered 25 AED compensation. I asked to add cleaning materials to my booking instead, which they confirmed. By 6:20 pm, the cleaners hadn’t arrived, and support said they were stuck from the prior service. After canceling, they offered 50 AED credit but deducted the original discount, so I now have to pay more to rebook. Ridiculous and disrespectful!

Very bad service, tried twice, and the attitude of cleaner is bad. The first time, the cleaner was passing time and didn't clean the house completely and told that the time was over and left. The second time, the cleaner said that she could not clean the balcony, and I asked to leave. Customer care is also taking lightly when you complain.

The first order for cleaning came late 2 hours , second order for cleaning (cancelled from their side). I will never use this service again.
