My husband and I enjoyed the spacious accommodations. The location was great, within walking distance to Bourbon Street and all the local restaurants and attractions. The washer/dryer was a nice addition. One drawback is the poor (nonexistent) lighting in the outer vestibule area which made it difficult to input the security code to enter the building. Overall it was a nice experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

In my experience the people from Sonder are great and the app, whilst appearing to do great things, has a chat facility that chucks out participants repeatedly. So if you ever try to change a booking be prepared to have your entire conversation with someone wiped multiple times. As helpful as they are, don't try to change a booking via the chat / app.

We booked through VRBO but the hostl was though Sonder. We stayed at St.Helen in the French quarter in Nola. The check in progress was easy the room was very nice and comfortable and clean. Down side you have to pay for Parking. But communication through Sonder was fast and when we needed anything they accommodated is very quickly. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for making our vacation a great experience. Oh one last downfall the 3rs floor!! I wish we were on the first or second. Lol

Honestly impressive how well this app worked. Worked better than the hotel key cards. My only UX note is that I wish if you have an active stay, when you open the app it defaulted to the Stay tab rather than the explore tab. It was frustrating to have the extra click and load time to access the key, but other than that, it was perfect!

We stayed here for a week and would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. Simple and perfect for us. The room is small, but both of us and all of our stuff fit comfortably. We had read some reviews of the neighborhood being "ify," but we never saw anything at all that made us uncomfortable at all. No complaints at all of street noise either. The aerobus drops off at stop #3 directly across the street from the hotel. The restaurant upstairs was surprisingly pretty good, and the band was good too.

Useless in a pinch. During my last trip the IM dropped the conversation 4 times as we were dealing with the fallout from a relocation caused by a carbon monoxide problem in our booked stay. Had to go online, which also didn't work. Had resort to txt messages in the end. Also, no billing information is accessible in app or online so their changes and fees aren't readily available.

Everything is work... getting in, getting the TV to work (an app to watch TV, seriously...). No help on site. Pool not is service. But this place will keep all the rain off your head, because it rains here a lot.... Car has a dent already from the parking ramp and the 6' wide parking spaces (get use to getting in your car from the trunk because you won't be able to open your doors). First and last for us....

Frustrating if booking longer stays. Each extended booking requires an ID upload to the reservation provided by email from the Reservations team. Link on email is supposed to take me to an upload page, but nowhere on the page does it give you a link to do this. After multiple emails with Sonder and a call, their helpful staff eventually provide the correct link. This happened on my last long stay reservation earlier this year. You would think these issues would have been fixed.
