Pretty much useless unless you want to track where your car is but even then the location isn't exact. There was supposed to be some kind of alerts about low battery power which i never got and ended up stuck needing a jump start. It's just something else for the dealers to make money off of. I wouldn't recommend paying the $600 for it. I wonder if I can cancel and at least get a partial refund..

I think this a great app. Especially to know where your car is located. I can't tell ya how many times I forgot where I parked and whipped out my phone and used this app lmao. Also, the battery feature is pretty convenient as well. I don't have one of those newer cars where it would tell you like how low your battery is, so this is great. However, it seems to not be updating right away, like where your car is located and the battery thing I was talking about. Maybe it's just my phone's? 🤷🏽‍♀️

Doesn't give actual location.. put in alot of requests to fix and nothing is done about it.. when car is moving wont load to give location and half the time says car in river or not in that location..

So I've downloaded this app soon as I purchased my first vehicle and I gotta say that this app is amazing. The UI/UX is flawless. Straight forward, easy to use. 5/5 stars from me.

It doesn't keep track of my car. it's very spotty the tracking. When I put where's my car and someone is driving it. it doesn't update. When someone else is driving. it doesn't track at all. I don't know if it has an off switch, but it doesn't do its job.

I like the fact that the app is easy to use.But I truly haven't had to use it.What it's designed for as of yet and I hope to not but I'd love to have this in place just in case worth having

Very Slow. Speed alerts come in the day after. The attempt to locate goes on and on until I eventually just close the app before it's ever located. Finding it to be more unreliable day by day. Getting information the day after defeats the purpose. I like to know my vehicle wherabouts when I look for it. Location addresses are sometimes off. It's becoming a guessing game. It is currently not updating. Update: Hasn't updated my car location in 11 days.

The app asked me for a review, so here goes. First, I would like to point out that after reading the reviews, I have chosen not to update the app to LoJack Go, and am still using GoldStar Connect. That being said, my location is tracking somewhat accurately. The issue is that the duration of each drive is being shown as zero seconds, and as much as I would love that to be true (because that's teleporting) it's not true and I would like for the trip time to be recorded properly.
